After struggling with burnout in her creative career, Emily decided to design a better life for herself and take ownership of her health. Emily hired a health coach to help create balance in her life. She loved the information her coach shared with her and enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition health coaching program. She landed on IIN because of its holistic approach to health.
Emily helps women in their 20s and 30s create sustainable habits. Many of her clients are transitioning from college to adulthood or in other transitional stages such as career shifts. Our 20s and 30s are such a time of self-discovery and growth, and it is beneficial to have regular time to ground yourself, reflect, and be proactive about your life.
Emily also takes on mentoring clients that are in the creative field. She helps those in freelance or entrepreneurship with guidance. Emily is an open book and loves helping other creatives grow.
